Due to COVID, we're not accepting or giving ANY returns/refunds. All sales are FINAL. Each item is properly inspected to ensure that you'll receive the highest quality product. 

We are not responsible for any LOST or STOLEN packages. With each order, we'll send out the tracking information via email/text. It is your responsibility to be on the lookout for your order.
