Centennial Yards is a $500 million dollar development located in Downtown Atlanta, Georgia. A total of 12 acres along Northside Drive near Centennial Olympic Park will be transformed with Centennial Yards into a residential and commercial district Downtown.
This development will include an Anthem Hotel, a 292-key boutique hotel, and a 304-unit apartment tower across from the Mercedes Benz Stadium. Both projects are expected to bring hundreds of construction jobs to Downtown Atlanta by 2025 when they are completed. The development will include more than 4 million square feet of office space, 2,000 new residences and retail space as well as a 2.8-acre public plaza.
Each building will be 18 stories above the viaduct level with Anthem’s guest rooms averaging more than 400-square-feet each and the apartment tower offering multiple layouts from studios to three bedrooms.
These buildings will collectively have 21,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space and provide a new public green space for visitors and locals alike to enjoy. The Anthem hotel will also have a rooftop to offer unique views of key Downtown attractions.
